Advert description
I achieved a Grade 8 at GCSE History and an A at A-Level History, where I studied Tudor England from Henry VII to Elizabeth I, as well as Russia from the 1917 Revolution through to the collapse of the USSR in 1991. At GCSE level, I also studied topics including World War One, World War Two, the Cold War, the Cuban Missile Crisis, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War.
My lessons are aimed at students who want to improve both their historical knowledge and their exam technique. I focus heavily on essay structure, source analysis, and how to build high-mark answers using the specific formats required by GCSE and A-Level mark schemes. I also help students revise efficiently by breaking topics into manageable sections, learning key dates and events, and using active recall and structured revision plans to improve memory and confidence before exams.
