My approach to yoga is rooted in creating space to move, breathe and reconnect - without taking ourselves too seriously. I believe yoga should feel accessible, energising and supportive. A practise that helps you feel more like yourself, not someone else. Having completed over 500 hours of teacher training with an advanced qualification in Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga, my teaching combines a strong technical foundation with an approachable and engaging style. I bring intention, and attention to detail into every class, creating sequences that feel purposeful, balanced and enjoyable. My classes blend thoughtful sequencing with a light, welcoming atmosphere. Expect movement that builds strength and confidence, moments to slow down and reset, and an environment where people feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. I value good energy and creating experiences that leave people feeling both uplifted and grounded. What makes my teaching style unique is the balance between expertise and playfulness - classes that are professional and well considered, but never intimidating or overly serious.
