Whether you are a complete beginner or someone looking to deepen your practice, I adapt every session to suit your needs.

Each class typically begins with gentle warm-up movements and breathing exercises to help improve focus and prepare the body. The session then progresses into carefully guided yoga postures that emphasize proper alignment, posture correction, flexibility, mobility, and core strength. I also incorporate relaxation techniques and mindfulness practices to reduce stress and improve overall well-being. At the end of every class, students are guided through cool-down stretches and calming relaxation exercises.

I have experience working with students from different age groups and fitness backgrounds, including beginners, working professionals, and individuals seeking yoga for stress relief, fitness, posture improvement, or general wellness.
