Cassandra Heystek

I have previous experience tutoring archaeology at a university level. I will follow the structure that was used at my previous tutoring role. My lessons will begin with a brief warm-up/recap of our topic, followed by an explanation and discussion of key events. At the end of our lesson, we will have a quick recap on the issues we looked at, and we will end with me assigning a short homework based on what we learned that day. This assignment will be for the student to write a paragraph concisely discussing the topic, explaining the significance of historical events, and analysing historical sources. My aim is to help the student develop useful comprehension, communication, and analytical skills, which are in high demand across all subjects.
