I am a qualified Personal Trainer with experience delivering one-to-one sessions and group classes, both in person and online. I work with adults of all fitness levels, from beginners who are new to exercise to those looking to improve their strength and confidence.
My coaching style is supportive, clear, and adaptable. I focus on teaching proper technique, building consistency, and helping clients feel comfortable and confident with training, rather than overwhelming them with complex routines.
I currently work as a Personal Trainer at David Lloyd, where I coach members with a wide range of goals. I also support clients through online coaching, which allows me to communicate clearly, structure effective sessions remotely, and keep clients motivated and accountable.
My goal is to make fitness accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable, helping each student progress at their own pace.
