Sessions typically follow a simple but effective format: a brief check-in to assess energy, recovery, and progress, followed by a structured warm-up to prepare the body and reduce injury risk. The main training block is focused on progressive overload, where I guide clients through key movements such as squats, presses, lunges, and core work, adapting exercises to their ability level. I finish sessions with conditioning or accessory work depending on the client’s goal.
My style is hands-on and educational. I demonstrate exercises, break down technique step-by-step, and explain why each movement matters. I also focus heavily on mindset and consistency, helping clients build discipline and confidence over time. Outside of sessions, I provide guidance on habits, nutrition principles, and accountability so progress continues beyond the gym floor.
