My sessions are fully personalised. Before we start anything, I take the time to understand your goals, your training history, your lifestyle and your nutrition. There’s no generic plan - everything is built around you specifically.
In terms of format, every session is structured with a clear purpose. You’ll know exactly what you’re training, why you’re doing each exercise, and what you should be feeling. I focus heavily on technique and coaching cues because the difference between an exercise working and not working is almost always how it’s being performed, not which exercise is chosen.
What makes my coaching different is that training and nutrition are treated as one package, not two separate things. Most people are doing the hard part - turning up to the gym - but not seeing results because their nutrition isn’t supporting their training. I help bridge that gap with practical, science-backed guidance that fits into real life.
