Teacher With QTS to Tutor GCSE and A-Level Sociology Online & In Person

As a newly qualified teacher, I have received specialist tuition in how to plan and deliver curriculum focused, engaging and well-structured lessons across the key stages. I have over two years teaching and tutoring experience, four years TA experience, and hope you will as a tutor for your child because I have so much experience ensuring children of varying abilities and backgrounds push through grade boundaries to achieve their highest possible grades.

I am a Sociology graduate from The University of York also, where I studied a range of modules from methodologies at the start of my BA which involved how Sociologists and Anthropologists carry out social experiments to ensure their findings are fair, such as keeping certain things constant and altering as few variables as possible; to Crime and deviance at the end for my dissertation, in which I studied why people act the way they do. Are our personalities, mannerisms and the way we behave influenced by our innate natures, nurtured or a mix of the two?
