I have been training people throughout my career. This has been across numerous fields. I am energetic and enthusiastic when it comes to teaching. I understand that everyone has their own individual needs therefore I aim to understand these at the starting point. I deliver information in a clear and transparent way tailored to the individual. I also understand that to get the best out of a person, it's important to be supportive and positive. I am proficient in many software packages so can also deliver on how to use these to the full advantage when teaching, for example SPSS can be tricky, I am your person to help! My expertise are social sciences and English. I ensure that the content is relatable. I teach by helping people to expand on what they already know rather than just answering questions, drawing out their existing knowledge and then filling the gaps. Most people know more than they think they do about their subject, I am their to expand on this. I am excellent at creating confidence in a learner. I have trained many people who have gone on to make a success of their roles. I can do this in an educational manner but it will not be a boring experience. It will be a collaboration between the learner and I. I am looking forward to helping you to gain the best learning experience and go on to make a success of whatever you are working towards!
