I have completed 200 hours yoga teacher training in India. I work in mental health clinic during the week so can only teach during weekends. I am friendly and flexible. I believe yoga should be way to relax your body and mind. I like the philosophy and history behind yoga which I would like to teach along with my practice. I have a background in clinical psychology, so I understand the benefits of mindfulness practices and would like to mindfulness based meditation.
