With a background as a professional ballet dancer and teacher training from Sangye Yoga School, I offer a deep understanding of the body and movement.
For in-person students, I provide hands-on assists to help you deepen your postures safely and confidently. For those practicing online, I offer clear verbal cues and real-time guidance to ensure you're supported wherever you are. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, I create a grounded, encouraging space to grow both physically and mentally.
