I completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training with certification. I am equipped to teach various styles of yoga with detailed knowledge on the benefits of each kind including hatha yoga; vinyasa, power, yoga, yin and nidra. As part of my training I am also equipped to teach meditation.
I lead my classes with well-being at the forefront, to ensure students leave the class feeling more centred and balanced. My classes are beginner friendly, but I can include options that can appeal to intermediate students too. I bring my friendly personality to the class to ensure all students feel welcome and supported.
