Advert description
I am a dedicated yoga practitioner with over 10 years of personal practice and a deep appreciation for the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga. I recently completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in the beautiful, tranquil setting of the Mid-Pyrenees, where I refined my skills in teaching all types of flows, pranayama, and meditation, while also developing the ability to adapt classes to meet the needs of students of all levels.
Alongside my yoga journey, I hold a BSc in Psychology and am currently pursuing an MSc in a neuroscience-related field. This academic background allows me to integrate scientific understanding of the brain and mind with the ancient wisdom of yoga. I am passionate about exploring and teaching the ways yoga can influence mental wellbeing, emotional regulation, focus, and resilience, drawing on evidence-based insights as well as traditional yogic philosophy.
My teaching style is mindful, inclusive, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive space for students to connect with themselves. I enjoy bridging the gap between movement and mind; helping people not only strengthen and stretch their bodies, but also cultivate awareness, calm, and self-compassion. In my classes, I focus on alignment, breath, and present-moment awareness, encouraging students to explore their own practice in a way that honours their unique bodies and experiences.
Whether guiding a gentle restorative session, a grounding pranayama practice, or a dynamic flowing sequence, my aim is to offer a balanced approach that nurtures both body and mind. I believe yoga is for everyone, and I strive to make my teaching accessible, engaging, and uplifting.
