I am a yoga, Pilates, and meditation tutor with over seven years of devoted practice, offering a refined and intuitive approach to movement and mindfulness. My work is guided by the belief that true wellbeing is cultivated through harmony between the mind, body, and soul a philosophy deeply rooted in the ancient traditions of Southeast Asia.
My teaching is influenced by practices and principles drawn from Vietnam, Thailand, and India, where presence, breath, and intention are central to daily life. These lineages have shaped a style that is both disciplined and fluid, honouring the body as a sacred vessel rather than a system to be pushed or perfected. Each practice is designed to feel intentional, immersive, and deeply embodied.
Through a seamless blend of yoga and Pilates, I guide students to develop graceful strength, refined alignment, and a heightened awareness of subtle sensation. Meditation and breathwork are woven throughout, calming the nervous system and inviting a sense of inner stillness. Movement becomes slow, conscious providing deep connection and restoration.
I believe luxury is found in presence, simplicity, and the ability to listen inward. When the mind softens and the body is supported with care, the soul naturally expands. My approach is personalised and attentive, respecting individual rhythms while encouraging sustainable growth and quiet confidence.
I create serene, elevated spaces where clients are invited to slow down, reconnect, and return to themselves. Each session is an experience one that nurtures balance, clarity, and embodied elegance, long after the practice ends.
