About Me
I'm a certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for creating meaningful, accessible spaces for self-exploration and healing. I completed my Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at MoreYoga, accredited by Yoga Alliance, and continued my studies with additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

My practice is rooted in the belief that we carry wisdom in our bodies – and that movement, stillness, breath and nourishment can help us reconnect with that wisdom. My journey began as a personal search for balance in a fast-paced world, and has evolved into a calling to support others on their own paths to physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
