Vinyasa Flow
My Vinyasa classes are creative, breath-led sequences that balance strength, softness and stillness. You’ll be guided through mindful transitions, with options for different levels, so whether you're a beginner or more experienced, you’ll feel supported and challenged in all the right ways. Expect to leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more present.
Classes usually begin with a few minutes of grounding breathwork or gentle movement to connect inward, followed by a progressive flow that weaves intention with breath and alignment. I always include time at the end for deep rest — because integration is just as important as effort.
Yoga Nidra & Yin
These classes are slower and deeply restorative. In Yoga Nidra, you'll be guided into a meditative state of conscious rest – perfect for stress relief, better sleep, and nervous system healing. Yin yoga focuses on long, passive holds to release tension in the fascia and joints. Both practices invite softness, presence and surrender.
Breathwork & Meditation
In these sessions, we explore simple yet powerful techniques to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and invite clarity. I draw from pranayama and modern breath science, always tailoring the practice to your energy levels and needs that day.
My Approach
My classes are informed by my training and personal experience — as someone who came to yoga looking for balance in a high-stress world. I know how healing it is to feel seen, held, and invited to show up without pressure or performance. That’s the space I aim to create.
I’ve trained with MoreYoga (Yoga Alliance 200h in Vinyasa), completed certifications in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, and continue to study holistic health, embodiment, and the nervous system. My teaching blends tradition with modern understanding, always coming from a place of compassion and curiosity.
