Advert description
My yoga classes are an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and bring more balance to your everyday life. Through mindful movement, breathing and relaxation, I aim to help you feel more comfortable in your body, release tension and improve your overall wellbeing.
I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, tailoring each session to your individual needs, goals and experience. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, classes can focus on flexibility, mobility, strength, balance or simply taking time to relax and recharge. My approach is gentle, inclusive and supportive, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace.
I offer personalised one-to-one sessions, as well as gentle yoga for older adults, with accessible movements and seated options where appropriate. I also provide in-person corporate yoga sessions, helping businesses create opportunities for employees to move, unwind and take care of their wellbeing during the working day.
Alongside my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and around ten years of personal yoga practice, I hold Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Counselling Skills and Studies. My background also includes a degree in Law and around ten years of experience in the corporate world, which has given me a first-hand understanding of workplace pressures and the importance of finding balance.
I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone. My aim is to create a welcoming space where you can feel at ease, listen to your body and discover how small moments of mindful movement can make a positive difference to your life.
