My yoga lessons are welcoming, accessible, and designed to support your wellbeing through mindful movement and breathwork. Each session follows a clear, calming structure that helps you feel grounded and confident. We begin with gentle breath awareness to settle the mind, followed by a warm-up that prepares the body safely. Depending on your goals and mobility level, the practice may include steady Hatha postures, flowing Vinyasa sequences, or adapted chair-based movements that offer stability while still building strength, flexibility, and ease.

I tailor every lesson to your individual needs, whether you want to improve mobility, increase strength, reduce stress, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment in your day. My teaching style is clear, encouraging, and person-centred, ensuring you always feel supported and able to progress at your own pace. I offer variations for all levels, making yoga accessible whether you are a complete beginner or returning to practice.

With five years of teaching experience and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, I bring a blend of knowledge, compassion, and practical skill to every session. I teach both online and in person, and I also offer yoga sessions within assisted-living and care facilities for individuals who benefit from gentle, adapted, or chair-based practice. My aim is to help each student build confidence, improve wellbeing, and develop a deeper connection to their breath and body through mindful, enjoyable movement.
