I’m a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga instructor with 500+ hours of professional training and over five years of teaching experience in India. I specialise in Hatha and Vinyasa, combining movement, strength, flexibility, breath awareness and mindfulness to create a balanced practice. My teaching focuses on helping students build confidence, balance and inner calm while developing a stronger connection between body, mind and spirit. My lessons are aimed at all levels and a wide range of people, including beginners, working professionals, corporate employees and teams, desk workers, women and men, international students, seniors and those looking to manage stress or rebuild fitness.
