I typically follow a clear format of review prior knowledge so that the sessions are tailored for individual student needs. Each session starts with an overview and breakdown of concepts covered. After that, we work through exam-style questions together, gradually increasing in difficulty, and I guide you on how to approach them using Cambridge marking schemes and usually ends with a short recap and targeted practice to consolidate the learning.

The content of my lessons is closely aligned with the Cambridge syllabus (IGCSE/AS/A Level), covering everything from foundational topics like atomic structure and bonding to more advanced areas such as organic chemistry, kinetics, and equilibrium. I also emphasize exam technique—how to interpret questions, structure answers, and avoid common mistakes—which is often the difference between a good grade and an excellent one.

In terms of dynamics, my lessons are interactive rather than lecture-heavy. I encourage questions throughout, and I regularly check for understanding rather than assuming everything is clear. I adapt my teaching style depending on the student—whether you need more visual explanations, step-by-step problem solving, or fast-paced revision.
