My sessions are intimate, personalised, and designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re just beginning your journey or have been practising for years. I offer classes in Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Somatic Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra. Each class is an invitation to move with awareness, breathe with intention, and reconnect with the wisdom of your own body.
Over the years, I’ve had the honour of guiding a wide range of students, from professional athletes to people with reduced mobility. This experience has taught me that yoga is not about performance—it’s about presence, honesty, and finding a practice that supports your life, just as it is.
All sessions are taught online, so you can practise from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, release tension, or simply slow down, my approach is gentle, grounded, and deeply respectful of your unique needs.
My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where you feel supported, seen, and free to explore your body and breath. I teach in English and Spanish, and I look forward to practising with you soon.
