I have encountered tutors who recite textbooks to you, give you full reading lessons where you both sit in silence and waste your time.

My aims are to maximise your time and money, engage in productive discussion, improve your literacy and oration skills in order to improve your exam performance.

We can do this by:
- sending in written work done outside of the lesson to go over in lesson time
- engaging in lesson with any questions or concerns
- doing external readings and coming ready for productive conversations
- debating conflicting views to gain a better understanding
- doing readings in the class and teaching reading skills
- doing practice exam questions and teaching exam skills

These lessons are specifically directed at IB students and LNAT takers, especially those aiming to push improve their exam results. This is not easy, having taken the IBDP myself, I understand how much reading and practice goes into scoring top marks, but I hope to facilitate your success.

I also aim to resonate with my students on a personal level, getting to know them to support them in their studies. Here are some interesting things about myself:

I enjoy debating and public speaking, having taken part in the British Parliamentary Debate

I aspire to be a barrister in London.

I have done both Bronze and Silver DofE, and am actively pursuing my Gold.

In my free time, I play the guitar and piano, as well as going to the gym frequently, doing boxing, and previously competing in Taekwondo.
