My teaching style is adaptable and student-centred. Whether you are looking for an energising workout, a mindful movement practice, or a space to slow down and reconnect, I tailor each session to your goals, experience level, and physical needs.
For students seeking a stronger and more dynamic practice, I offer Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa classes that combine flowing sequences, breath awareness, and functional strength. These sessions help improve stamina, mobility, focus, and confidence both on and off the mat.
For those who prefer a slower and more technical approach, my Hatha Yoga classes focus on alignment, posture refinement, breath control, and developing the ability to hold poses with stability and ease. Students learn not only how to move safely but also how to use the breath as a powerful tool for concentration and balance.
I also specialise in Trauma-Informed Yin Yoga, integrating somatic exercises, breathwork, mindfulness, and acupressure techniques. These practices are designed to support nervous system regulation, release tension, improve body awareness, and cultivate a sense of calm and resilience.
