My teaching philosophy will be interactive, practical, and individual approach with each student in the unique learning style. I start with warm-up exercises that make people feel confident and on positive note of the session.

The main material is presented in a logical, well organized, and coherent way, with the real-life examples used to render ideas familiar and readable. I also use dynamic aspects like visual presentation, group work and problem solving activities to ensure that the students are interested and motivated during the lesson.

Every session will have practical exercises so that students will be able to apply the knowledge as soon as they learn it. I also take time to discuss and ask questions and questions which will provide a conducive atmosphere where students can freely ask questions and discuss ideas.

The work experience as a Teach For Nigeria fellow has taught me effective pedagogical skills and a profound insight into the development of critical thinking and enhancement of learning outcomes.
