Advert description
I am a PhD student in Chemistry with experience teaching undergraduate laboratory classes. My lessons focus on helping students understand chemistry concepts clearly and develop confidence in solving problems independently.
I usually begin by explaining key ideas in a structured and accessible way, adapting the explanation to the student’s level and goals. After introducing the concepts, I use an active learning approach: we work through exercises together, discuss reasoning behind solutions, and apply theory to practical examples.
I encourage students to explain their thinking and ask questions during the lesson. This helps identify misunderstandings and allows me to give targeted feedback to improve their problem-solving skills.
My teaching experience includes guiding university students through laboratory experiments, explaining chemical concepts, and helping them interpret data and results. Because of this, I am comfortable supporting students with topics such as:
General chemistry
Organic chemistry fundamentals
Reaction mechanisms
Analytical chemistry concepts
Problem solving and exam preparation
Lessons are interactive, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs, whether you want to strengthen your understanding of chemistry topics, prepare for exams, or build confidence in the subject.
