Hannah Balsdon

I have just completed a masters and am looking for tutoring work whilst I prepare for further study. I specialise in material history but I am interested in history as a whole. I want to make the subject fun and engaging for students.

Before the session I will ask you to provide a quick run down of topic you are studying and what issues you would like us to address. I will then work on improving your knowledge of the subject before helping you with any specific assignments. I believe it is better to build up a really strong knowledge of a topic before beginning work on essays or projects. I do have experience as an editorial researcher and proofreader so I will also help you with your essay writing skills.
