I'm Erica Tais, a bilingual English and Portuguese speaker with extensive experience helping non-native speakers build confidence and fluency in English.
Having lived and worked in both Brazil and the UK, I understand the cultural and linguistic barriers learners often face and I tailor my lessons to support you through them.

My teaching style is practical, dynamic and focused on real-life use of the language.
Whether you're a beginner or already have some experience, I adapt the content to your level and goals. We might focus on conversation skills, business English, pronunciation, writing, grammar or listening; always with clear explanations, real-world examples and lots of encouragement.

Lessons are interactive and student-centred. I use a variety of materials such as videos, articles, exercises and conversation prompts to keep the sessions interesting and relevant. I also provide feedback and tips after each lesson so you can keep improving between sessions.

I’ve worked with students from different backgrounds: professionals, travellers, students and immigrants and I know that every learner is unique. That’s why I create a personalised learning plan for each student.
