My teaching style blends mindful movement, breathwork, mobility, strength, relaxation, and nervous system support. I guide students through practices that help them slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and build awareness of the connection between mind, body, and breath. I believe yoga is not about perfection or performance, but about learning to understand yourself more deeply through movement, curiosity, and presence. I encourage students to become more aware of how they feel physically and emotionally, while building confidence and trust within themselves.
Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual or group. Whether working with children learning emotional regulation and body awareness, teenagers managing stress and confidence, adults wanting to reconnect with themselves, or companies supporting employee wellbeing, I adapt the lessons to suit their needs and goals. Sessions can focus on stress and anxiety reduction, mobility, flexibility, strength, grounding, posture, mindfulness, relaxation, confidence, or overall wellbeing.
My background in healthcare has strengthened my communication skills, patience, empathy, and ability to support people calmly and professionally. I understand how to create spaces where individuals feel safe, encouraged, and supported without pressure or judgement. I aim for every class to feel approachable, uplifting, and restorative.
Above all, I want students to leave my sessions feeling more connected to themselves - physically, mentally, and emotionally - while developing strong foundations in movement, breath, self-awareness, and wellbeing that they can carry into everyday life.
