I am a certified 200hr Yoga teacher. Experienced in delivering calm, welcoming yoga classes designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to your body through mindful movement, breathwork, and supportive guidance. My approach focuses on building strong foundations of movement, breath, and alignment first, helping students develop both physical confidence and a deeper mind-body connection. Through supportive guidance, mindful movement, and breathwork, I aim to help students cultivate greater awareness, understanding, and ease within their practice, while gradually building strength, mobility, and knowledge in a way that feels accessible and encouraging for all individuals.
My sessions are suitable for children, teenagers, adults, new to yoga, and companies or workplace teams looking to support wellbeing in a calm and accessible way.
Yoga helps improve nervous system regulation, reduce stress and anxiety, build mobility, strength, flexibility, focus, confidence, posture and body awareness, while also teaching relaxation, mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, and healthier daily habits. Each session is tailored to the individual or group, creating a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and feel more balanced both physically and mentally.
