My lessons are interactive and student-focused, designed to make history engaging and understandable. I start by reviewing the student’s current topic, then explain key points with examples, trying to make it sound like a story or a tale to grip the reader in and finish with a recap or discussion. I focus on GCSE history, especially ancient history, but can adapt to other periods. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. While I’m a new tutor, I’m passionate about helping students learn and tailoring lessons to their needs aswell as growing myself.
