I have strong communication, research, and academic writing skills developed through my studies and professional experience. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Media Studies at University of the Witwatersrand, which has strengthened my analytical thinking, critical reading, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly. In addition, I have several years of experience working in customer support, technical support, and business development roles, where I developed patience, problem-solving abilities, active listening skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds.
