My background combines business, mentoring, and wellbeing coaching. As I mentioned before, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from ITBA and have more than 10 years of experience working in multinational companies leading transformation and change-management projects. In parallel, I mentor ITBA students, supporting them in their transition from university to the professional world.
I am also a certified Health Coach and a Functional Breathing Instructor (Oxygen Advantage®), which allows me to integrate practical tools for stress management, focus, and habit building.
In my lessons, I focus on creating a supportive and practical learning environment. I combine conversation, reflection exercises, and simple frameworks that help students gain clarity about their goals, build confidence, and develop sustainable habits. My approach is interactive and action-oriented, so students leave each session with concrete insights and small steps they can apply in their daily lives.
