My coaching sessions are personalised to each student’s needs, learning style, and goals. I take a supportive, coaching-based approach that focuses not only on academic progress, but also confidence, mindset, motivation, and helping students understand how they learn best.
I know that learning can sometimes feel overwhelming or frustrating, especially for students who struggle with confidence, motivation, or traditional teaching methods. My aim is to create a calm, encouraging space where students feel comfortable asking questions, reflecting openly, and progressing at their own pace without fear of judgement or pressure. I believe students learn best when they feel genuinely supported and understood.
Sessions may include reflective discussions, practical learning strategies, confidence-building, accountability support, and help with organisation, focus, and motivation. I adapt each session to the individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, because every student learns differently and has different strengths, challenges, and goals. I aim to help students build independence and develop learning approaches that feel realistic and sustainable for them.
As an accredited Transformative ICF coach, I bring strong listening, communication, and reflective coaching skills into every session. My approach encourages self-awareness, resilience, and self-belief rather than pressure or perfectionism. I want students to feel more confident not only in their studies, but also in themselves and their ability to grow.
Above all, I want coaching to feel approachable, empowering, inclusive, and tailored to the person in front of me, creating a positive experience where students feel seen, heard, encouraged, valued, respected, supported, and capable of progress.
