My lessons are designed to create a safe and supportive space where students can reflect, gain clarity, and develop skills that will help them both academically and professionally.

In our sessions, we combine conversation, guided reflection, and practical exercises. We work on topics such as decision-making, building confidence, managing stress, and developing habits that support focus, wellbeing, and personal growth.

My background includes more than 10 years of experience working in multinational companies, as well as mentoring university students as they transition into the professional world. I am also a certified Health Coach and Functional Breathing Instructor (Oxygen Advantage®), which allows me to integrate simple tools for managing stress and improving mental clarity.

Each session is interactive and practical. My goal is that students leave with new perspectives, greater confidence, and small actionable steps they can apply in their daily lives.
