I will use the GROW method to support the student to understand their strengths and use opportunities to get them focused on their goal and help them with blockages, procrastination and what to do when you’re not motivated. Making it an enjoyable experience. I worked with Teach First Teachers in the past to help them via Coaching. I am passionate about their development and long term learning. I plan to put give then tools to help beyond their current studies into their future.
