Fear is a big factor that holds people back from taking steps towards progress. We will examine your inside conversations and will challenge these narratives. This will also help you for future negative conversations you may have with yourself. We will overcome these obstacles.
We will review your progress every time we speak and put methods in place to stay on track. This is an essential part of the process as the steps taken will not be overwhelming but manageable. I will continue to check in on how your feeling, though our feelings can go against us as a protective mechanism.
