Advert description
I work with neurodivergent and emotionally sensitive young people, including those with autism, ADHD, anxiety, or school avoidance, as well as students who feel overwhelmed by expectations or unsure of their direction. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming — I don’t try to “fix” young people, but help them understand how they think, feel and respond to the world.
With a background in therapeutic education and counselling skills, I create a calm, non-judgemental space where students can talk openly and feel properly heard. Sessions are tailored and conversational, helping young people build emotional awareness, confidence, and practical strategies to manage stress, relationships, and decision-making.
I focus on helping each student feel more in control of their life, more accepting of themselves, and more able to move forward in a way that works for them.
