Joanne's coaching changed how I treat my University life day to day. I have been more proactive and willing to try opportunities I once thought were a waste of time.
I feel like I have grasped the technique to motivate myself everyday to show up for myself and not procrastinate on simple tasks. Joanne doesn't fix your problems but clearly lays out how one can go about changing for their own good, whether that is eliminating habits or creating new ones, Joanne has helped me tremendously along my journey developing as a young adult.
