Coaching sessions focus on what you most want to improve and provide you space to step back, reflect, and learn how to work smarter, not harder.
Coaching is different from tutoring: I don’t teach content but I will help you understand how you learn best, manage your time and energy effectively, and develop self-belief and motivation. I will be your accountability partner.
As a Coach I can help you explore what’s getting in the way and come up with practical strategies that are a good fit you and your goals.
Things we can work on together, depending on your needs, include:
• Study skills and time management
• Motivation and procrastination
• Confidence and mindset
• Stress management and balance
• Communication and relationships
My coaching style is empathic and non-judgmental. I take a strengths-based approach, which focuses on noticing what’s working and building on that. I will help you develop your own tools rather than tell you what to do.
Sessions are one-to-one and take place online, usually weekly or fortnightly. Each session lasts around 50 minutes and will focus on what matters most to you that week. My role is to listen, ask questions, and help you gain insights and find solutions you can put into practice straight away.
On completing coaching with me you will feel more confident, capable, and confident in both your studies and how you deal with challenges that crop up in life. Things you can gain from working with me include:
