My classes are designed to help students feel more connected to their bodies in a sustainable and accessible way, regardless of their experience level.
I combine yoga, breathwork and mindfulness practices to create classes that support both physical and mental well-being. My teaching style is calm, supportive and focused on helping students build confidence, body awareness and healthier routines over time.
I especially enjoy working with beginners and people looking for a more balanced and human-centered approach to wellness.
