Advert description
I am a PhD student at the Royal Veterinary College in London where I am studying bird flu viruses. Prior to this I was working as an infectious disease epidemiologist at the UK Health Security Agency for several years. I have a BSc in Biology and an MSc in Epidemiology from Bristol.
I have a passion for biology and the natural world and enjoy sharing that with others. My tutoring style allows for independent development and supporting in depth understanding of topics so students can be confident in whatever subject matter.
I am happy to tutor students in a range of ways across GCSE science, as well as A-level Biology and Chemistry. This might include spending time on tricky topics such as photosynthesis, DNA and cells, coming up with ways to remember and apply knowledge, or helping to direct revision and exam prep.
