I would understand where a student is struggling in the subject and tailor lesson plans both with content and questions to teach and test the students ability. Where they struggle is what we will focus on even if it takes time I would try different approaches so that they feel confident in their understanding. I believe in understanding the content rather than just memorisation as that is how I believe you learn. I am dedicated to help students to learn and be confident in what they do not understand. I have been studying computer science from GCSE’s, A levels and now about to complete my degree as well as have worked a year in industry so am well versed in knowledge.
