Advert description
I am about to begin a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence for the Environment at the University of Exeter. Over the past few years, I have gained experience across both finance and technology, first working as an Operations Analyst at Goldman Sachs before transitioning into tech, where I have been working as an RPA Developer.
I graduated from Durham University in 2022 with a degree in Mathematics, a subject I chose because of my strong interest in problem-solving, logical thinking, and deductive reasoning.
Alongside my professional experience, I have 3 years of experience tutoring students from Year 2 through to A-level in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Economics. I particularly enjoy helping students develop not only their understanding and ability, but also their confidence in tackling challenging problems. My students have consistently reported feeling more confident and capable as a result of our sessions.
I find the process of analysing information, developing an understanding of it, and then communicating that understanding clearly particularly rewarding. This is one of the reasons I enjoy tutoring: it allows me to break down complex ideas, identify the underlying principles, and develop clear explanations that help others understand how and why something works.
