Hi, I'm Mike, and I've been tutoring maths to both children and adults for more than 15 years.

Whether online, at the library, or in your home, my biggest skill is that I can make maths interesting. My enthusiasm and passion for maths can't help but shine through. Whether it's the bits of maths that don't make sense, or don't seem useful, I'll help your child feel less anxious about numbers and more ready to take on the basic maths we need to get by in life - and pass their GCSE with flying colours.

I've been helping children at very different skill levels since school, so I'll tailor their lessons to account for the speed they want to go at. Some children get maths first time, but others need the same concept explained multiple times. I have the experience to know quickly which child is which, and gauge their energy levels to match the pace.

Connection is key, so I'll make sure your child feels safe and comfortable learning with me. You can fit me into your schedule easily - I'm highly flexible on both timing and location.

I studied Maths at university and have used it professionally my entire adult life. Only £15/hour - all levels up to and including GCSE.
