My one-to-one sessions are relaxed, supportive and adapted to your goals, whether that’s easing stress, improving flexibility, building confidence, developing a home practice, or simply finding an hour in your week to breathe. I believe yoga isn’t about touching your toes or performing perfect poses. It’s about creating space to feel a little more grounded, capable and at ease in your everyday life.
