In my classes, you can expect a balanced blend of movement, breath, and reflection. Each session begins with a short introduction to the theme or focus—whether it’s exploring a particular posture, a piece of yoga philosophy, or an aspect of mindfulness. From there, we move through a guided flow or sequence to connect body and breath, with space to break down asanas so you can understand their alignment and benefits in more detail. We’ll close with calming practices such as pranayama or meditation, leaving you grounded, centered, and with a deeper understanding of yoga both on and off the mat.
I am a certified yoga teacher with 200 hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yoga Nidra. After completing my certification, I taught three voluntary classes a week for a month, gaining hands-on experience guiding students of different levels. My training also included foundations in pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy, which I bring into my teaching to create well-rounded sessions. I’m passionate about helping students not only practice yoga safely and confidently, but also connect with its deeper principles and benefits.
