My yoga classes are designed to be welcoming, down-to-earth, and accessible to everybody, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or have an established practice.
I teach with the belief that yoga isn’t about achieving the perfect pose. It’s about creating space to breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself exactly as you are. My classes blend mindful movement, breath awareness, and moments of stillness to help build strength, mobility, balance, and a greater sense of ease in both body and mind.
Having completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and drawing on my own lived experiences of navigating life’s challenges, I understand that everyone arrives carrying something different. You’ll never be expected to perform, push through discomfort, or fit into an ideal. Options and modifications are always offered, allowing you to honour your body’s needs on any given day.
I’m also a father of two, and making the decision to move away from the security of a steady 9-5 to pursue teaching yoga wasn’t something I took lightly. It came from experiencing first-hand the positive impact that yoga has had on my own life and recognising the value these practices can bring to others. Choosing a new path in my later30’s has required courage, commitment, and trust in what I believe matters most: health, presence, connection, and creating a life aligned with my values. For me, yoga isn’t simply a hobby or side interest. It’s work that I genuinely believe in.
I teach a variety of styles, including dynamic Vinyasa flows and slower, more restorative practices. Whether you’re looking to energise, unwind, improve flexibility, reduce stress, or simply take an hour for yourself, my aim is to create a supportive environment where you feel safe, encouraged, and free from judgement.
Yoga has given me practical tools that extend far beyond the mat. It is a privilege to share those tools with others, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey, wherever you’re starting from. My hope is that you leave each class feeling a little more grounded, a little more connected, and reminded that yoga isn’t about becoming someone else, but about coming home to yourself.
