I have an A-Level in English Literature, as well as a degree in History and a PGCE

As a former primary school teacher with over 16 years experience, I am patient, kind and understanding. I can teach you about grammar, spelling and punctuation, as well as correct pronunciation and intonation. I can also teach you about the History and Culture of England, as well as our traditions and customs. I feel this is important when learning any new language.
When I teach, I try to make my lessons as fun and interactive as possible. I usually start with a warm-up activity, as well as a recap of what has been previously learned. I then move on to the main activities, then finish with a summary and an extension activity, where appropriate. I believe praise and encouragement are very important so you will receive a lot of this from me!
I believe that deciding to learn a new language is a great decision - I will be with you every step of the way.
