Together we will go through a series of poses which will stretch and nourish your body to feel brand new! We will learn the relaxing breathing techniques, sun salutations and krias, improving the overall body health and longevity. We will endure in poses between 10 breaths for hatha yoga sessions and 2-3 min for yin yoga poses. I also offer Mat Pilates tuition. Always with a careful and loving, teaching approach while enhancing your wellbeing and supporting your physical conditioning. I will answer any question, motivate you, narrate and go through each pose together with you, as a nice alternative to a usual class in a gym or a yoga studio. Let's get to it!
