I have been a Buddhist Monk for more than two decades and my lessons are aimed at those who wish to discover the subject in an entirely new way.

I will deliver cognitive process, fundamental psychology, advanced psychology and counselling methods that come especially under Buddhist practices. I will use ancient text as a reference. This will be adjusted to fit either for children or for university students.
