I have been working at both a successful college and a grammar school and have taught AQA psychology A level for the past 22 years, gaining excellent results. I have taught every option on the exam paper during my time as a teacher and personal tutor. I am now working with students on a one to one basis and also in small groups if required to achieve their full potential.
I have also been home schooling and teaching the whole course to students who want to study an additional A level and have provided intensive revision sessions in order to boost their final grades.

If students are lacking confidence or have any issues which hinder their learning then I can work with those towards a positive outcome in terms of techniques to enable them to achieve their potential.

I am receiving excellent feedback from my tutees regarding my skills and commitment. I believe I can help students to achieve their full potential in this challenging subject. My students are consistently achieving high grades and in
past years many have achieved A and A star grades which were above their predicted grade for UCAS. I am working face to face locally as well as online where its more appropriate. I am now looking forward to welcoming year 12 and year 13 students and will be working to ensure that they feel confident and ready for the 2027 exams.
